Next Chance Solutions – Credit Repair and Eviction Removal Services

1. Service Nature and Acknowledgment

Next Chance Solutions provides administrative assistance, educational resources, and process based services related to credit file organization and rental history reporting. Services involve third party reporting agencies, creditors, and tenant screening companies that operate independently from Next Chance Solutions.

By purchasing services, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on external verification processes and no specific result, deletion, approval, or score increase is guaranteed.


2. Credit Repair Refund Policy

Credit repair services are structured around a defined service timeframe selected at checkout.

Refund eligibility is limited and may only be reviewed under the following underwriting compliant conditions:

• Refund requests may only be submitted after the full purchased service term has ended.

• Example: If a three month service is purchased, refund eligibility begins only after the three month period has fully concluded.

• Refund requests submitted before the end of the service term will not be reviewed.

A refund may only be considered if ALL conditions below are met:

✔ There have been no measurable reporting changes to the credit profile during the service period.

✔ The client remained compliant with onboarding, identity verification, and document requests.

✔ The client did not initiate overlapping or independent dispute activity that interfered with the service process.

Refunds are not issued due to:

• Credit score fluctuations

• Processing timelines

• Creditor verification outcomes

Inactive subscription to MyFreeScoreNow

• Housing or lending decisions

• Accurate information remaining on file


3. Eviction Removal Refund Policy

Eviction removal services apply strictly to rental history reporting and tenant screening data and are separate from credit repair services.

A refund may only be considered if:

✔ A formal leasing denial letter is submitted.

✔ The letter clearly states the denial was due to rental history or eviction reporting.

✔ The document includes official leasing office letterhead and verifiable contact information.

✔ Documentation passes internal verification.

Denials based on income, employment, criminal background, credit score, or other factors do not qualify.


4. Documentation Verification

All refund documentation is subject to verification. Next Chance Solutions reserves the right to confirm submitted documents directly with leasing agencies or screening providers.

Fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable documents immediately void refund eligibility.


5. Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The client becomes non responsive

• Required documentation is not provided

Subscription to MyFreeScoreNow is not active

• Third party reporting agencies verify information as accurate

• The client violates service terms or engages in chargeback abuse


6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe according to merchant processor policies.
